Hammer problems. Help please

Won't show any new things in CS:S when I compile

When I run CS:S nothing I add into the map shows up when I compile, as if it's not compiling at all and just keeping the old file.

    Error: displacement found on a(n) func_detail entity - not supported (entity 82, brush 0)

    Displacements cannot be entities. Select all your displacements, right click, and select "move to world". Displacements have no impact on VVIS, they do not split visleafs or stop computers from rendering content behind them so they already behave the same as brush entities like func_detail.
