Master Blasters is Coming! Wed 21st Feb, 2007 @ 11:05:37pm Half-Life: 2 Mod
Our mod is nearing its completion date very soon and we are looking for members of the Half-life 2 community to host servers for its soon-to-be beta release! If you haven’t heard of our mod before don’t worry, few have. (I blame global warming.)
To put it simply, our mod tries to focus on the fast-paced, old school days of Quake where First Person Shooter games ruled the net and the only talk of RPGs were about what weapon you just used to blow the crap out of your latest opponent. We have also added a little variation to the meaningless killing by bringing the game style of Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros. which allows the players to use a variety of weapons to force their enemies off the platforms and laugh at them mercilessly as they fall head-first into the ground, spikes, water, or whatever happens to be below them.
We hope to release a beta within the next two weeks and would love to see some servers up on the net for people to enjoy.
